Paris Show 2010
The Paris Motor Show 2010 is looming on the horizon – actually, it’s less than a week away and only four days to the press day – so we thought we ought to have a quick preview of what you can expect if you decide to jump on the Eurostar for a trip. Jaguar XF Sportbrake - the Santa Special
Jaguar continue the ‘official’ spy tease for the XF Estate with a spy photo of Santa packing presents in the back of the XF Sportbrake. Did Jaguar miss a trick with the ‘spy’ photo they’ve divvied up today of Father Christmas packing presents in to the back of the new XF Sportbrake? Where are the Jaguar logos on the wrapping paper?
Vauxhall Astra GTC finally arrives at Frankfurt
The Vauxhall Astra GTC (and its European equivalent Opel GTC) finally gets to go on public view at Frankfurt this week, a year after it arrived as a concept at Paris. Based on the more prosaic five-door Astra, the GTC carries over just about nothing except the door handles although it still conspires to look like a slightly squashed, butch version of its sibling. The Astra GTC is a decent looking effort from Vauxhall – as is the regular Astra – designed to take the fight to cars like the Scirroco.
